The XIAC standard pneumatic kit is a complete mechanical upgrade package for the memory / separator flap unit used in CF1220 and CVC1220 tablet counting machines.
It preserves the proven economic pneumatic concept while improving durability, repeatability, and serviceability — without adding electronics and without requiring software updates.
This kit is also the mechanical foundation used in XIAC’s validated flap systems, making it an ideal starting point for future expansion where validation is required.
Supplied as a coordinated, installation-ready set — no sourcing of individual parts required.
What this kit is for
This product is intended for customers who want a robust, serviceable pneumatic memory flap unit with improved mechanical consistency — while keeping the overall system simple and purely pneumatic.
Over the years, multiple pneumatic valve manifold variants have been used in CF1220 and CVC1220 machines. Several legacy configurations — including older Festo manifold variants — are now no longer supplied and are effectively obsolete.
As a result, maintenance increasingly requires custom sourcing, adaptation, or piecemeal repairs.
This kit provides a defined, modern manifold architecture — replacing legacy layouts with a coordinated, installation-ready assembly designed for long-term service availability.
